Návrh přesypu plovoucí pásové dopravy pro odtěžení štěrkopísku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the system design of the transfer point of a floating rubber belt conveyer line for ballast mucking. At the beginning of the thesis, there is works up the theoretical part whith alternative follow up the transfer point of a rubber belt conveyers with posibility changes relative positions of the conveyor in horizontal plane and selecting the best alternative solution. In another part of the thesis is made the proposal of a transfer point for floating belt conveyor for Ballast Mucking bulk density 2100 kg•m-3 whith traffic output 80 t•h-1. The transport line material is 75 m long. This route is divided into three sections and connects the floating dredger with the embankment. In the third part are conducted technological and strength reckoning. At the end of the thesis provides an overview and summary of results. In a separate annex thesis is given projectional design belt conveyor and constuctional design transfer point of rotary.
