Úprava servisního jeřábu vrtné soupravy LOC 400

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou servisního jeřábu vrtné soupravy LOC 400, zejména jeho prodloužením o 1 m dosahu při zachování nosnosti 6t . Úvodem je krátké seznámení s vrtnou soupravou LOC 400. V další části je uveden návrh řešení výložníku servisního jeřábu s ohledem na fakt, že délka výložníku ve stavu přepravy musí být zachována. Dále je zpracován rozbor zátěžných sil a určení reakcí. Z reakcí jsou určeny požadované vlastnosti nosných ložisek sloužících pro uložení výložníku v podstavci. Ve výpočtové části je podrobná pevnostní kontrola navržených součástí.

This thesis deals with the modification of the LOC 400 Service Crane, particularly with extensioning the range by 1 m while maintaining the capacity of 6 tons. First of all is a brief introduction to the dril rig LOC 400. The next section provides a design solution of the service crane boom, considering the fact that the lenght of the boom must be maintained for transport. Thesis continues with calculations of stress forces and reactions. From reaction, a desired properties of load-bearings are determined. In the calculation part of thesis, the designed parts are checked.
