Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the administrative and market valuation of permanent vegetation in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive valuation overview, valuation of a particular parcel with appropriate valuation methods and their subsequent comparison. Content is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The first half of the theoretical part is devoted to administrative and market valuation and especially the basic valuation methods - method of revenue (income), comparison and expense (cost). The second half describes the ways and methods of valuation for permanent vegetation and fruit trees. The practical part includes all the information used to perform the valuation of the selected file property, which is an agricultural plot with fruit trees. This study includes administrative and market valuation. For the market valuation was used method of revenue and comparison. The comparison and evaluation of the methods used is included in the conclusion.
