Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the remuneration at selected employer. The theoretical part defines the legal aspects like adjustment of employment contract and agreement on work done outside the employment relationships. This chapter continues with legal aspects of remuneration. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with analysis of remuneration at the chosen employer, mainly with employer’s adjustment of remuneration, registration of employees at the accounting program and calculation of their income in three months. Then, based on comparison and other analysis, adjustments are recommended. After that it is decided if it’s preferable to be employed by employment contract or agreement on working. This diploma thesis can serve as the basis or instructions to wage accountant beginners.
