Vývoj a současný legislativní rámec ATM/CNS

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a současným legislativním rámcem ATM/ CNS. Cílem práce je zpracování historie, vývoje, analýzy legislativy a návrhu řešení rozvoje ATM/CNS. V úvodu se práce dotkne historie vývoje legislativy v letectví a stručného seznámení s mezinárodními leteckými organizacemi. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá analýzou legislativního rámce projektu Jednotného evropského nebe, důvody vzniku tohoto projektu a jeho cíly, rovněž popisuje a analyzuje programem SESAR. V závěru práce bude pozornost soustředěna na zhodnocení rozvoje ATM/ CNS, realizaci SES a SESAR, včetně navržení dalších řešení. Zdrojem pro práci budou především Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady.

This thesis deals with the development and the current legislative framework of ATM/CNS. The goal is processing history, development, analysis of legislation and the development of design solutions ATM/CNS. In the introduction, the work touches the history of the development of legislation in aviation and a brief introduction to international aviation organizations. The main part deals with an analysis of the legislative framework of the Single European Sky project, the reasons for the creation of this project and its goals, also describes and analyzes the SESAR program. In conclusion, attention will be focused on the evaluation of the development of ATM/CNS, the implementation of SES and SESAR, including proposing other solutions.The source for the work will be primarily decrement of the European Parliament and the Council.
