Abstract
The subject of the thesis "Business Strategy" is suggesting a possible strategies for the company AWT ROSCO. It is based on strategic analysis. The theoretical part presents the theoretical basis of the issues which are then practically aplied to the given company. I did analysis of extern and intern environment. Finally I sumarized these knowleges in SWOT analysis. The recommendations and suggestions of strategies are defined in the last part of thesis.
