dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce "Strategie společnosti" je navrhnout možné strategie pro společnost AWT ROSCO na základě strategické analýzy společnosti. Teoretická část představuje teoretická východiska této problematiky, která jsou poté prakticky aplikována na danou společnost. Je provedena analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a její poznatky jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. V poslední části práce jsou vymezena doporučení a návrhy strategie.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the thesis "Business Strategy" is suggesting a possible strategies for the company AWT ROSCO. It is based on strategic analysis. The theoretical part presents the theoretical basis of the issues which are then practically aplied to the given company. I did analysis of extern and intern environment. Finally I sumarized these knowleges in SWOT analysis. The recommendations and suggestions of strategies are defined in the last part of thesis.en
