Abstract
This diploma thesis describes the design of competency models for selected job positions in the organization. These competency models will support education and development processes of existing employees, but also make it possible for hiring new employees. In this thesis we have also compared a current system of employee evaluation based on competences. These findings were subsequently compared against the models and then assessed.
