Porovnání spolehlivosti spalovacích motorů osobního automobilu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat spolehlivostní charakteristiky zážehového a vznětového motoru. V úvodní části bakalářské práce jsem provedl technický popis vybraných spalovacích motorů, popis teorie spolehlivosti a popis stochachastických metod hodnocení spolehlivosti. S využitím empirických dat, která byla k bakalářské práci poskytnuta, jsem provedl odhad bezporuchovosti, intenzity poruch a hustoty pravděpodobnosti poruch. Pro lepší porovnání spolehlivosti motorů jsem poruchy rozdělil do tří skupin: pevné části motoru, pohyblivé části motoru a příslušenství motoru. V závěru práce jsem uvedl technické a ekonomické zhodnocení daných výsledků.

The underlying aim of my project is to compare reliability of spark-ignition engine and the compression-ignition engine. In the opening I interpret the technical characteristics of particular combustion engines, theory of their reliability and stochastic methods of reliability evaluation. The following research is based on available empirical data which serve as a base of my estimate of breakdown free engines, the rate of breakdowns and failure probability. In order to enhance the estimate of engine reliability I divide breakdowns into three groups: fixed engine parts, movable parts, and engine accessories. The conclusion provides technical and economical evaluation of the findings.
