Vývoj reformy veřejné správy na úseku zaměstnanosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on public administration reform in the Czech Republic, its course and consequences. The aim is to evaluate the impact of the reform of public administration in the employment sector, particular the newly established Labour Office of the Czech Republic and its regional office in Ostrava. According to the discovered facts then the subsequent evaluation of the positive and negative impacts and identify potential opportunities to improve the results of the reform. To find out all the facts and ensuring an objective assessment of the impact of the reform are utilized methods of descriptive analysis, comparison, synthesis, SWOT analysis and structured interview.
