Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals mainly with applications of non-removal of technical diagnostics for quality control of vacuum pumps. Introductory chapters deal with the thesis vacuum issue. Other chapters are devoted to the analysis of pump design series nXDS and glitches that might occur in these vacuum pumps. The next chapters are discussed methods of technical diagnostics, from which were selected the best combination of methods to detect as many faults. Selected methods have been verified by measurements on the vacuum pump nXDS.
