Analýza a zhodnocení poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the description of employee benefits and company KOVAR a.s. and the analysis and evaluation of satisfaction its employees with the offer of employee benefits through a questionnaire survey in the company. Tax impact and insurance regime of health and social insurance is very important for providing employee benefits. The company KOVAR a.s. has occured on market successfully more then 20 years and it specializes in the production of steel residential and other containers. Products are exported to many countries in Europe. The survey showed that employees are mostly satisfied with provided benefits. The most favourite benefit is annual premium, employees would welcome the providing of extended holiday and contributions to pension scheme.
