Vliv technologie výroby na kvalitu pažeb

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the influence of manufacturing technology on the final quality of wooden stocks for long firearms. The theoretical part summarizes basic stock designs, commonly used materials, ergonomic principles, and key technological operations. The analytical section compares manual, combined, and serial production methods with respect to manufacturing demands, product quality, and economic aspects. Based on this comparison, a conceptual technological process suitable for serial production is proposed, combining CNC machining and robotic sanding. The thesis also includes practical verification of the proposed process and evaluation of its results in terms of manufacturing efficiency and quality.
