Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the 3D Extrusion - Fused Depostion Modeling (FDM) 3D printer with 500 x 500 mm printing area for currently used materials such as PLA, PET-G, ABS, ASA, CPE or PC. The concept of the printer is based on the open source Hypercube project with modern trends in 3D printing. The thesis contains a complete process of 3D design construction with description of individual phases and selection of particular components. It starts with a 3D model, a list of materials, and continues to build a prototype. At the end of the thesis there is a final technical evaluation of printed parts and evaluation of print quality.
