Posouzení nezaměstnanosti v okrese Karviná z hlediska struktury uchazečů o zaměstnání

Abstract

This work deals with unemployment in the district Karviná. The first part is theoretical, explaining the various concepts related to unemployment, cutting unemployment from different perspectives, and, ultimately, legislation. The second part includes the characteristics of Karvina district, its location and industry, which is located in this area. Another section focuses on the analysis of the structure of employees. Specifically, three aspects: job-seekers by age, education, and duration of registration at the employment office. The next section is to evaluate the problem. It points to weaknesses. It also includes causes of the problem. It also includes primarily active employment policy, job creation and retraining courses offered by UP Karviná for job seekers. The last part is a proposal to improve the situation regarding the high unemployment in this district.
