Abstract
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is „Customer Satisfaction Measurement with Online Group Buying”. The purpose of this thesis is to measure customer satisfaction with provided services by the largest operators of online group buying on Czech market, concretely Slevomat, NakupVAkci.cz, Pepa.cz, Vykupto and Hyperslevy. Electronic questioning was used as a research method. Characteristics of the largest online group buying operators and major environmental influences of online group buying are described in the theoretical part. Theoretical basis satisfaction are listed in the following chapter. The practical part is focused on methodology of the marketing research, data processing and research results analysis. Suggestions and recommendations based on the analyzes are in the last part of the thesis. These analyzes should help increase customer satisfaction. It was found that the Slevomat’s customers are more satisfied than customers of the others online group buying operators. A lot of customers lack book discounts.
