Studium vlivu reliéfu ocelového substrátu na adhezi ochranných povlaků

Abstract

The thesis deals study of the influence relief steel substrate on adhesion of the protective coatings. The first part of the thesis is devoted to study surface – especially surface cleanliness, micro geometry and roughness. Furthermore the study adhesion of the substrate itself and preliminary are editing. The next part the theoretical analysis is the study of coating systems and their application to the substrate, accompanied by defects in the paint system and the corrosion. The second part of, the thesis are designed, implemented and developed experimental tests evaluating the quality of protective coating of paint. This is a comparison of two different types of paint, which are enriched with zinc phosphate pigment particles in the micron size. In the conclusion there is an evaluation of all the experimental tests and the results obtained from them.
