dc.description.abstractPříspěvek se zabývá příčinami požárního nebezpečí jedlých tuků a olejů a upozorňuje na problém použití hasebních látek pro jejich hašení. Na základě provedených praktických zkoušek podle našich normovaných zkušebních postupů vyhodnocuje účinnost hasiv Neufrol M, Fettex, Fire Ade AFFF, deklarovaných pro třídu požáru F.cs
dc.description.abstract-enContribution deals with causes of fire hazard of edible fats and oils and warns on a problem of fire extinguishing agents aplication for their extinguishment. It evaluates extinguishing efficiency of the Neufrol M, the Fettex, the Fire Ade AFFF, which are declared for the class fire F on the base of realized practical tests according to our standardized test methods.cs
