Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of a device for lifting and tilting sheet metal coils. The introductory section provides a review of the current state of the art regarding equipment for handling sheet metal coils. This is followed by a computational section, where individual components for feeding and tilting are designed, and other necessary technological calculations for equipment are performed. The final section discusses limit switches. The thesis also includes drawing documentation created in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2025.
