Abstract

The topic of the graduation theses is The competitive strength and strategic management in a company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical base. The terms dealing with competition and strategic management in a company are explained and defined there. The other part is user-oriented, the given analyses and methods, which are needed for evaluation of competition and the strategy of the company called Meopta –optika s.r.o., are used there. The conclusion of the practical part are the ideas and encouragement which can be useful for the company in future.
