Konkurenceschopnost a strategický management v podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma konkurenceschopnost a strategický management v podniku. Práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části. První oddíl je určen teoretickému základu. Jsou zde vysvětleny a definovány pojmy související s konkurencí a strategickým managementem v podniku. Další stěžejním celkem je aplikační část, kde se prakticky využívají dané analýzy a metody potřebné k hodnocení konkurence a strategie konkrétního podniku Meopty-optiky s.r.o. Závěrem praktické části jsou návrhy a doporučení užitečné pro podnik do budoucna.

The topic of the graduation theses is The competitive strength and strategic management in a company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical base. The terms dealing with competition and strategic management in a company are explained and defined there. The other part is user-oriented, the given analyses and methods, which are needed for evaluation of competition and the strategy of the company called Meopta –optika s.r.o., are used there. The conclusion of the practical part are the ideas and encouragement which can be useful for the company in future.
