Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design new construction solution of external fixator for long bones fixation, specifically external circular fixator. Introduction explaines history of fixation and issues of injury human bones. Also been developed research of fixators on czech and foreign markets. Research is mainly focused on construction solution and variations available fixators. In the chapter of own design are individual versions of construction solutions parts of designed fixator. Only one of them was processed in detail. All of parts of final solutions were subjected to strength calculation and analyzed in Dassault Catia.
