Abstract
The master thesis is devoted to a study of thermal cycles during welding of the
heat-resistant martensitic steel P92 with 9 % chromium content. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a division of heat-resistant steel with the subsequent emphasis on high-creep 9-12% steel is mentioned. The heat affected zone, the thermal field of welded joint and the thermal cycle of welding are described at the end of the theoretical part. The aim of the experimental part is to determine thermal cycles during welding of the steel P92 with consequent modelling on samples from this steel. Modelled thermal cycles are located in the heat affected zones, namely zones of fine grained zone and intercritical zone. Samples of modelled thermal cycles has been analysed microstructurally. Also, measurements of microhardness are carried out.
