Abstract

Abstract This thesis is focused on very dynamic and developing concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Specifically it is about CSR in huge industrial corporation TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a. s. First part describes variant theoretical CSR conceptions. The second part, is the analythical one and it is focused on CSR activities in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a. s. in last twenty years. Suggestions of improvements are based on detailed analysis. The interview with HR director Mr. Ivo Žižka is also part of this thesis.
