Abstract
This master thesis deals with a design and strength calculation of non-standard gears in the industrial gearbox. The introduction summarizes the main features and benefits of non-standard gears, compared with a standard gear tooth profile. The next part is an analysis of the main parts of the current design of the gearbox. In the following chapter there is an instruction for designing non-standard tooth geometry and a simplified calculation of strength of these gears. Based on these principles is created several designs HCR gears, that showing improving the required parameters. Finally, there is designed a new gear pairs.
