Abstract

This Master’s thesis is concerned with raising productivity of labour for spot welding workplace in the company KLEIN automotive ltd. Initially, the theoretical part deals primarily with time consumption division and with methods needed for setting norms of work consumption. The practical part describes original situation of labour for spot welding workplace and imperfections which negatively influence employees’ performance. Subsequently, this thesis has attempted to eliminate those imperfections and sets new performance standards for selected parts by chronometry analysis method and Basic MOST method.
