Digitalizace upínání rotačních nástrojů a upínačů nástrojů do prostředí SolidCAM

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the digitization of rotary tools and their clamping systems within the SolidCAM environment. The theoretical section is dedicated to the technical specifications of two machining centers including an analysis of their spindle interfaces. Furthermore, the thesis classifies tool holders based on their clamping principles and defines various cutting tool materials. It also describes the CoroPlus and MachiningCloud cloud platforms, which serve as the primary sources of digital data and models for tool library creation. The objective of the practical part is to develop comprehensive digital libraries in the SolidCAM Toolkit module for both aforementioned machines. These libraries are logically organized into groups according to the workpiece material and the type of machining operation. The work details the methodology for creating tool assemblies—from manual definition to cloud data import—and their subsequent application in simulations.
