Vyhodnocení prototypu frézovacího nástroje pro polohrubovací operace

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje chování a vlastnosti prototypového frézovacího nástroje pro polohrubovací operace. Na úvod je popsána obecná charakteristika technologie frézování a přehled sortimentu polohrubovacích frézovacích nástrojů. Hlavní část se věnuje rozměrovým vlastnostem a popisu funkčních zkoušek tohoto nástroje. Dále jsou popsány řezné vlastnosti a chování při daných řezných podmínkách obrábění. Na závěr práce udává vyhodnocení a porovnání prototypu polohrubovacího nástroje.

The diploma thesis deal with behavior and properties of a prototype milling tool for semi-roughing operations. The introduction describes the general characteristics of the milling technology and an overview of the assortment of the semi-roughing milling tools. The main part focuses on the dimension features and description of the functional tests of this tool. Furthermore, it describes the cutting features and behavior at the given cutting conditions of machining. At the end, the thesis gives an evaluation and comparison of the prototype of the semi-roughing tool.
