Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of the working environment in the company Saft Ferak a.s. in Raškovice.In the introduction are issue of the definition of the terms that are directly related to thesis elaboration. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the working environment as a whole and then to a production hall and specifically on the analysis of the working environment. Followed by evaluation analysis of the status quo and identification gaps of the production process and working environment. Then propose measures, which will lead to the improvement of the working environment and optimization of the production process. Conclusion of the thesis the author evaluate the benefits of the proposed measures.
