Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with image of the IT distribution company eD´ system Czech. The thesis aims to describe the perceived image of the company by clients in comparison to competitor and in comparison to ideal state defined by the company management.
The thesis is divided to two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes theoretical basis for the company image analysis. The following chapter characterizes the environment of eD´ system Czech, both micro- and macro-environment.
In the practical part, research methodology is described. The next chapter deals with the company image analysis compared to the competitor and subsequently improvements are provided. Improvements for company events are provided as well, as these events are regularly organized and have high attendance among company business partners.
