Topologická optimalizace navijárenského přípravku s finálním 3D tiskem a aplikací ve výrobě

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topological optimization of a winding jig with final 3D printing and application in production. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part is a search and analysis of information related to the issue of topological optimization, as well as information related to 3D printing and analysis of the issue of lightweight structures. The experimental part deals with the topological optimization of the winding jig with an extension of the optimization with a focus on the lattice structure. In this part, an experiment is performed to determine the force of the hammer blow, to compare the results of the product optimized with the newly optimized product and then to compare the weights.
