Provádění nedestruktivní kontroly a hodnocení svarů ocelových konstrukcí

Abstract

In this bachelor work is carried out non-destructive testing working sample of the material S355 JR. The first section contains an object of the CSN EN 1090-2, inspection of the weld, range checks, study the weldability of carbon steel and a list of all possible surface and internal defects (point, area, and spatial). The second part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the testing and evaluation of work sample. According to the current standards are implemented and evaluated all the tests (visual, penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic and ultrasound).
