Vliv pandemie COVID 19 na spolehlivost lidského činitele u pilotů dopravních letadel

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on human factors reliability on transport aircraft pilots. The first part briefly describes the human factors reliability of transport aircraft pilots and the impact on flight safety. Subsequent sections analyze the various countermeasures and their impact on air transport and then on pilots in the performance of their job duties. The next section describes the development and results of a questionnaire survey on the topic focusing on the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on the human factors reliability of transport pilots. The aim of the thesis is to provide methodological recommendations for the release of flight crews in the post-pandemic era, which will be based on the thesis.
