Abstract
Subject of this thesis is an analysis of modern methods of management of the firm. The first part deals with the theoretical description of the functions of management and planning as part of a comprehensive business management. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the printer and the analysis methods used in production management. The last part deals with proposals for appropriate methods to equip the company in today's fierce competition.
