dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy moderních metod řízení v konkrétním podniku. První část se zabývá teoretickým popisem funkce řízení a plánování jako součásti komplexního řízení podniku. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku tiskárny a analýzu používaných metod řízení výroby. Poslední část se zabývá návrhy vhodných metod, aby firma obstála v dnešní tvrdé konkurenci.cs
dc.description.abstractSubject of this thesis is an analysis of modern methods of management of the firm. The first part deals with the theoretical description of the functions of management and planning as part of a comprehensive business management. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the printer and the analysis methods used in production management. The last part deals with proposals for appropriate methods to equip the company in today's fierce competition.en
