Abstract
The aim of this work is to design a solar system for heating drink and pool water for a four-person household. I have solved the problem by calculating solar gains and household energy needs. Then I chose the collector and determined their number. From the resulting number of collectors, I determined the total solar system gains and determined the percentage of annual heat demand coverage. Finally, I made an economic evaluation in the form of a simple return and environmental assessment in the form of saving the environment from the CO2 produced. The main finding is that the solar system designed in this way is profitable in a reasonable time. And we can apply it to a particular family house.
