SUMMARY EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT WITH COMPANY MARKETING Bc. Petra Beránková This work was aimed at personnel (company) marketing in TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING s. r. o. The main interest was given to the state and satisfaction with areas of personnel marketing in the company. The primary research gave the data for the analysis of problematic areas at each division and the whole company as well. On the base of the analysis were advised some variants of possible solutions. These could mean a great change not only for the system of company function, structure of benefits, but also for the structure of employees and positions.
