Analýza konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením konkurenceschopnosti společnosti INTOZA s.r.o., která se věnuje stavební činnosti v Moravskoslezském kraji. V první části práce jsou definovány podstatné teoretické poznatky o pojetí konkurence a metody hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti. Následně blíže charakterizuji vybraný stavební podnik. Druhá praktická část práce zkoumá faktory ovlivňující pozici podniku na trhu. Zde je zahrnuta analýza makrookolí podniku, analýza konkurentů a jejich srovnání, SWOT analýza a dále pak stěžejní Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Na základě vyhodnocení provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce stanoveny konkrétní návrhy a opatření pro posílení či upevnění konkurenceschopnosti podniku, které může firma využít.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of the company INTOZA s.r.o., which is engaged in construction activities in the Moravian-Silesian Region. In the first part of this thesis, there is a definition of substantial theoretical facts about the concept of competition and the evaluation methods of competitiveness. The second practical part examines the factors influencing the company’s position on the market. This part also includes the, macro environment of the business, analysis of competitors and their comparisons, SWOT analysis and the crucial Porter analysis of five competitive forces. Based on the analysis assessment, there are specific proposals and measures at the end of the work, proposed in order to strengthen the company’s competitiveness.
