Abstract

The following thesis deals with the forces operating in the joints mechanism of the scissor lifting platform. In the first part of the work the values are calculated by the engineering calculation. In the second part there is a similar calculation performed by using the FEM with the software PATRAN 2010. The results are then compared. Both calculations are made for one section and three sections scissor lifting platform.
