Abstract

Ing. Zuzana Buchová: Methods of Employee Training and Development (Bachelor Thesis) The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the importance of business education and different methods of education and development. In the introductory part of the work deals with theoretical knowledge training and development of employees in the company. The next chapters then describe the methods of training and development, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational process. The work highlights the importance of vocational education, which is reflected in various areas. Part of the work is the evaluation and comparison of selected methods and given own recommendation.
