Abstract

The thesis deals with personal activities in selected companies and the satisfaction of employers and employees. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of personal activities. There are those concepts of the issue. The second part describes the selected company and its personal activity analysis. In this section are expressed in the results of the questionnaire regarding satisfaction of both employees and employers. The last section lists the recommendations and suggestions that can help employers to increase motivation and greater satisfaction of their employees.
