Návrh tribodiagnostického systému radiální rychlokovací linky

Abstract

This thesis engages in the operation of quickswage lines in Hammering Vitkovice Machinery Group Introduction. The introduction mentions the largest metallurgical enterprises of our region. The theoretical part describes Vitkovice Steel Machinery Group - its past and present. There is also presented a detailed description of its latest operation – radial forging machine. The third part focuses on tribology and lubrication engineering. The fourth section contains a description of rychlokovací tracks and lubrication systems. Following section is devoted to tribodiagnostics. In order to determine the actual condition of hydraulic systems and fluids are conducted sampling and analysis of oil. This is described in the sixth section. Main intention of my thesis is to determine what is the quality of the oil and to design control procedures.
