Abstract
The thesis deals with one of the areas of human resources management also called human resources management (HRM). Work includes sub-human resource management, which is the evaluation of employees.
The aim of the thesis is to finish the evaluation system THP employees in logistics company Geis CZ s. R. O. Based on the analysis of the system, which the organization uses, it is possible to recommend specific proposals and measures for its improvement.
