The topic of this diploma thesis is the reconstruction of the apartment building and the technological process of the variant solution of the envelope. The aim is to create a feasible project (or part thereof) of the reconstruction of a two-story, with basement apartment building with a partly residential attic. The ETICS thermal insulation system is used for envelope technology. The project offers the possibility of choosing between two variants of thermal insulation: thermal insulation with EPS polystyrene (1st variant) or mineral fiber plates (2nd variant). The work contains a text and drawing part in the scope of documentation for the execution of the construction. It deals with the actual reconstruction of the building, including all the details, and the detailed procedure of thermal insulation of the envelope, including the lists of used elements and materials, equipment and tools. Furthermore, general information on health and safety at work (OSH) is also mentioned.
