Tématem této diplomové práce je rekonstrukce bytového domu a technologický postup variantního řešení obvodového pláště. Cílem je vytvořit realizovatelný projekt (resp. jeho část) rekonstrukce dvoupodlažního, podsklepeného bytového domu s částečně obytným podkrovím. Pro technologii obvodového pláště je použito zateplovacího systému ETICS. Projekt nabízí možnost volit mezi dvěma variantami řešení zateplení, a to zateplením pěnovým polystyrénem EPS (1 varianta) anebo pomoci desek z minerálních vláken (2 varianta). Práce obsahuje textovou a výkresovou část v rozsahu dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Zabývá se samotnou rekonstrukcí objektu, včetně všech náležitostí, a detailním postupem zateplení obvodového pláště, včetně výpisů použitých prvků a materiálů, pracovních strojů a nářadí. Dále jsou připomenuty obecné informace o dodržování bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP).

The topic of this diploma thesis is the reconstruction of the apartment building and the technological process of the variant solution of the envelope. The aim is to create a feasible project (or part thereof) of the reconstruction of a two-story, with basement apartment building with a partly residential attic. The ETICS thermal insulation system is used for envelope technology. The project offers the possibility of choosing between two variants of thermal insulation: thermal insulation with EPS polystyrene (1st variant) or mineral fiber plates (2nd variant). The work contains a text and drawing part in the scope of documentation for the execution of the construction. It deals with the actual reconstruction of the building, including all the details, and the detailed procedure of thermal insulation of the envelope, including the lists of used elements and materials, equipment and tools. Furthermore, general information on health and safety at work (OSH) is also mentioned.
