Hydraulická střihačka řetězů pro doly se střižnou silou 700 kN

Abstract

This bachelor work deals with a construction of hydraulic shearing of high-strenght chains used in underground mines. The cutting machine is constructed in a way to be able to, thanks to high input pressure from central circuit, exert pressure to shearing knives pressure of 700 kN. That is why the pressure intensifier is the element of the shearing machine. This machine is exclusively used for shearing of chains according to norm ČSN 02 3215 up to diameter of 30 mm. The whole construction is made to be able to be operated by one /maximum of two/ person and fulfil the conditions for use in dangerous atmospheric conditions of underground mines.
