Experimentální ověření charakteristik pneumatických membránových motorů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přehledem prvků, ve kterých je použita membrána a v další části je zaměřena na základní výpočtové vztahy pro návrh membránového pneumatického motoru a zhodnocení katalogových informací uvedených výrobci. V dalších částech je bakalářská práce zaměřena na návrh metodiky a zkušebního zařízení. Navrhl jsem měřící metodiku dle dostupných měřících přístrojů a snímačů, jejich rozsahu a následně popsal samotné měření, kde jsou vyhodnoceny proměřené charakteristiky membránového pneumatického motoru.

This thesis describes the theory, design, use and availability of the pneumatic diaphragm motor along with the design, implementation and measurement of a custom pneumatic diaphragm motor. First the paper describes the equations employed by the motor, the specific use cases for the motor and then evaluates catalog information listed by manufacturers. The remainder of the thesis focuses on the design methodology and test equipment of a custom motor which was created using available devices and sensors. A new measurement comparison methodology is described which was formulated according to the specific components. The measurements are then described and evaluated according to the characteristics and attributes of the custom motor.
