Rozbor a optimalizace pohonného mechanismu extraktoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem a optimalizací pohonného mechanismu extraktoru. Na začátku je řešena obecná problematika řetězového převodu, a jeho následná aplikace na pohon extraktoru zařízení LogiMat. Hlavním úkolem práce je vyhodnotit účinnost a vhodnost nynějšího sekundárního řetězového převodu. K tomuto účelu byly vyhotoveny dva druhy testů řetězů. Test prodloužení řetězu a zátěžový test. Oběma testy bylo sledováno opotřebení řetězů během jejich provozu. Z naměřených hodnot byly sestaveny grafy s křivkami opotřebení řetězů. Na základě těchto výsledků byly stanoveny mezní hodnoty pro použití řetězů a dále bylo navrženo opatření pro snížení opotřebení řetězu.

Master thesis is dealing with analysis and optimalization of extractor driving mechanism. At the beginning is solved general problems of a chain transfer and it’s aplication on extractor driving mechanism of LogiMat device. The main task of this thesis is to evaluate an efficiency and suitability of an existing secondary chain drive. For this purpose there have been prepared two types of chain tests. Test of a chain extension and a stress chain test. Both tests were monitored a chain wear during their working. There were compiled some diagrams with wear curves from the measured values. On the base of those results there were defined limit values for use chains. Hereafter was purposed an provision to reduce the chain wear.
