Výroba typové součásti ve firmě SIMO plus, s. r. o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním technických parametrů řezné části (kontury) razníků. Daný výrobek byl vyroben na třech drátových řezačkách ve firmě SIMO plus, s. r. o. a následně byly technické parametry mezi sebou porovnány. Obsahem práce je také podrobné měření drsnosti povrchu na 3D měřicím přístroji Alicona Infinite Focus 5. Z toho důvodu jsem ve firmě nechal zhotovit devět referenčních vzorků ze stejného materiálu a za stejných podmínek jako razníky. Naneštěstí firma nemá možnost provést podrobné měření drsnosti povrchu, a proto bylo měření provedeno na Vysoké škole báňské, fakultě strojní v Ostravě. Tato práce pomůže firmě zjistit přesnost kvality drsnosti povrchu a také určit, který stroj je nejvýhodnější a nejkvalitnější. Porovnání proběhlo, jednak ze stránky ekonomické, tak i ze stránky technické.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of technical parameters of the cutting part (contour) of the punch. The product was manufactured on three wire cutters in the company SIMO plus, s. r. o., then were the technical parameters compared with each other. This thesis also deals with detailed measurement of surface roughness on a 3D measuring device. Because of this reason, I have created nine reference elements, all of them from the same material and with the same condition like the punches. Unfortunatelly, the company has not posibillities to realize detailed measurement of surface roughness and therefore the measurement was performed on Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Thesis will help the company to find out the accuracy of the surface roughness quality and also which machine is the most.
