Stanovení požadavků ke splnění podmínek požární prevence v rámci facility managementu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou facility managementu a možností využití tohoto fenoménu pro řešení požární prevence. Na začátku přináší komplexní pohled na facility management jako disciplínu, jsou zmíněny jeho definice, vývoj a klíčové principy. Práce dále přibližuje pohled facility managementu na správu budov. Další část práce je věnována požární prevenci, nejprve je uveden souhrn české legislativy, která tuto oblast pokrývá, a poté jsou stanoveny povinnosti na úseku požární ochrany, které se vztahují k provozovatelům. Na to navazuje shrnutí povinností požární prevence pro podnikatele v zahraničí. Poslední kapitola popisuje softwarovou podporou facility managementu.

This thesis deals with the issue of facility management and the possibility of using this phenomenon for fire prevention solutions. At the beginning it presents a comprehensive view of facility management as a discipline, its definitions, development and key principles are mentioned. The thesis also presents a facility management perspective on building management. The next part of the thesis is devoted to fire prevention, first a summary of the Czech legislation covering this area is given, and then the fire protection obligations that apply to operators are set out. This is followed by a summary of the fire prevention obligations for entrepreneurs abroad. The last chapter describes the software support for facility management.
